The mobile polyethylene grease trap is designed for installation in mobile facilities such as food trucks or portable dishwashers. Its small size and low weight (4 kg) make the grease trap very easy to install under a commercial sink for occasional use, thanks to the DN 50 inlets and outlets. The mobile grease trap has a total capacity of 24 l and a maximum grease collection volume of 8 l. It must be emptied every day. A drain valve is optionally available to make emptying easier. The mobile grease trap must be installed in a frost-proof location.
